Salesforce signs up to support the North West Cyber Resilience Centre as Founding Partner

The North West Cyber Resilience Centre is delighted to announce ,Salesforce as our new Founding Partner with Andy Doran joining our ,Guidance Council.

As a Founding Partner of the NWCRC, Salesforce joins a team of experts dedicated to helping businesses across the North West ensure businesses in the region are aware of the growing threat of cybercrime and cyber fraud. Salesforce now joins our existing ,Founding Partners; Irwin Mitchell, Northrop Grumman, Siemens, CGI and Verastar which are already supporting the centre.

Andy Doran, Enterprise Account Executive at Salesforce, said of the announcement:

Andy Doran served 16 years as a police officer, in two police forces, before joining Salesforce as an Enterprise Account Executive in December 2021. Andy now sits within the Public Sector Team in Salesforce and holds accounts for police and fire services across the UK. Andy is also a proud techUK Justice and Emergency Service Management Committee member.

Andy has a proven track record of delivering complex and sustainable change, putting the citizen at the heart of transformation. Since joining Salesforce, Andy has led the Citizen Engagement capability and has worked across policing to help transform how victims and citizens are supported with the explicit aim of helping our police service improve trust and confidence within their communities.

Head of Fraud & Cyber Crime at the NWCRC and Detective Chief Inspector Chris Maddocks of the NWROCU said:
