Pending motion for investigation in federal case over prosecutors planting trojan malware in emailed discovery documents!

I just stumbled across this case because I googled the name of the judge for unrelated research.
The case is USA VS RICHARD SLAUGHTER & CADEN GOTTFRIED, defendants we’re allegedly present during Jan 6 “storming” of us capital building.
Allegedly US federal prosecutors emailed John Pierce Law defense attorneys the discovery for the case and one of the files was compromised with trojan malware. One of the computers had Microsoft anti-virus installed which identified the trojan (unclear if it detected the compromised file or the subsequent installation of the malware).
MOTION FOR INVESTIGATION, EVIDENTIARY HEARING, CONTINUANCE AND OTHER SANCTIONS was filed, government responded attacking some wording in the motion but DIDN’T DENY the facts of the accusation.
Motion is still pending as of 30 May 2023.
Posting here because I know there are reputable researchers in here who might be interested in reaching out to the attorneys to get a copy of the file for further investigation.
