With the opening of its Manchester office, City Group Security aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the North while better serving existing and prospective clients.
The firm, which provides SIA officers to patrol public and private properties, says by establishing a local office, it can be more responsive to the needs of their clients and provide them with immediate support whenever required.
Leading operations in Manchester will be Jon Webster, alongside North and Midlands Operations Director and the Management team of Spencer Davies, Nikki Hepburn, and Bradley Thurston.
Simon Giles, CEO and Sophie Harper Booth, COO, are confident to deliver security excellence and exceed our clients’ expectations, the company reports.
“At City Group Security, our values are at the core of everything we do. We prioritise equity, inclusion, honesty, trust, respect, responsibility, and impact in all aspects of our business,” a company statement said.
“These values guide our decision-making process and ensure we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
“Our company vision is to push the boundaries of service excellence by delivering innovative and dynamic solutions that adapt to societal and environmental changes.
“We continuously strive to harmonise our services across multiple sectors, offering our clients the best possible security solutions tailored to their needs.”
This additional office will support the wider officer infrastructure across the UK with Greenwich, Ashford, Knaresborough and Peterborough housing their operational, back office, sales, HR, control room and wider business functions.
Part of the reason behind the Manchester office, is City Group Security’s want to forge strong partnerships with local businesses, organisations and communities.
