The International Foundation for Protection Officers UK (IFPO UK) has announced its support for the SJUK Leaders in Security Conference, taking place on 16 July at the Hilton Deansgate, Manchester. IFPO UK Director Mike Hurst has also been appointed to the advisory panel with immediate effect.

He also writes and speaks on Mental Health and Wellbeing challenges.
“IFPO UK is pleased to be Intellectual Partners of the Leaders in Security Conference and are looking forward to collaborating with colleagues to produce an event that supports and engages senior security professionals,” said Hurst.
Hurst has worked in security and fire since 1988, initially working in business development, general management and consultancy. In 1992, he joined executive security recruitment and consultancy firm HJA Consult. He is a director of security events listings site www.AllSecurityEvents.com.
This comes in the same week that Police CPI announced that the SJUK Leaders in Security Conference also had its backing.
Commenting on the news, Police CPI’s Julian Hurst said: “Police CPI is delighted to be supporting the SJUK Leaders in Security Conference in Manchester, a new and exciting event building on the success of the Middle East Leaders in Security Conference.
“The Manchester conference will see senior and influential security professionals, policy makers and heads of industry from across the UK and Europe coming together to discuss the key challenges facing security professionals, industry providers and manufacturers.
“Events like these are an invaluable opportunity to share best practice, as well as network with key stakeholders and industry decision makers. It’s a must attend conference”.
Organised by Security Journal UK and held in association with Eagle Eye Networks, SJUK Leaders in Security is positioned to be a premium conference and networking event for senior professionals working in the UK and Europe security industry. Attendance is strictly by invitation only, with members of the industry advised to register their interest in attending early to avoid missing out.
