Traka UK has launched a new locker solution to enhance security and operational efficiency. The access solutions company will showcase it at IntraLogisteX 2024.
This new system design will provide management capability for tools and equipment, improving the ease and speed of accessing necessary tools for job completion.
“IntraLogisteX is the perfect place to premiere our new asset management solutions, demonstrating how we are constantly evolving our portfolio to support supply chain businesses and overcome the operational issues faced,” said Matt Gregg, Supply Chain Lead, Traka.
“This includes how to secure critical assets and avoid unnecessary costs, improving output to remain competitive in a challenging supply chain operation.
“Through implementing the latest security technology businesses can gain full transparency over device locations with dedicated audit trails improving accountability.
With software enabling key features such as fault-finding for devices, systems can come together to ensure maximum operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, significantly reducing employee downtime.”
Traka says it will demonstrate the versatility of its multi-door device lockers which allow for different types of equipment to be stored in different-sized compartments.
Visitors will also be able to see live displays of Traka’s Temporary deposit locker, to accommodate a large number of users who only require short-term storage.
Charging facilities can be built into the system so users can re-charge a laptop, phone or other personal possessions.
“There is no one-size-fits-all logistics solution,” said Gregg.
“We are looking forward to the opportunities both as a keynote speaker and exhibitor at IntraLogisteX to discuss bespoke applications.
“How our systems have proven to help save time and money whilst promoting accountability amongst employees, enhancing security and health and safety within supply chain businesses.”
