City Group Security has announced the appointment of James Wall as its new Finance Director.

In his previous positions, Wall was responsible for overseeing the finance department, managing month-end processes and presenting financial results to the board.

Proven track record

His leadership in merging and integrating multiple acquired companies through transitional capabilities showcases his ability to handle complex financial scenarios and drive operational efficiency and becomes a perfect complement to City Group Security, the company says.

Wall has previously served as the Financial Controller where he demonstrated his proficiency in project accounting and financial management.

His approach to preparing budgets, managing treasury functions and supporting commercial finance is his strategic financial acumen.

According to City Group Security, with a professional qualification from ICAEW and a strong educational background in accountancy and financial management, Wall is well-equipped to lead City Group Security’s finance team.

Driving efficiency

“I welcome, James Wall the new finance director, to our team,” said Cara Clarke, Group Commercial Director, City Group Security.

“We are truly excited to have James on board to lead the finance function through our business growth trajectory and drive operational efficiency.

“His expertise and leadership will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.”
