West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre is thrilled to welcome Tapcast as our newest Community Ambassador member.
Based in Worcestershire, Tapcast has been delivering a wide range of IT-related services for over 30 years, with the aim of “helping people to be happy using their IT.” The company’s support offerings stretch from code development to data analysis to project management, and design and support for IT-based on-premises and in the cloud.
They have been helping companies in the cloud to use Microsoft 365, promote collaboration, and also work to encourage cyber security best practices. To help with their cyber stance, they also work with organisations such as the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre.
Steve Neal, IT Consultant at Tapcast said:
“We look to help customers proactively with Cloud Collaboration, User Awareness training and implementation of a continually improving Cyber Stance. This includes guiding customers through the Cyber Essentials framework and requirements.
Tapcast are aware that Cyber security is not a destination; it’s a journey on a path that we want to travel with our customers.”
