Device Authority has announced the arrival of Steve Heuhmer, an experienced Customer Success expert, to the team.

Boston-based Heuhmer, who was previously Vice President at Hack The Box, specialises in spearheading strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention and significantly improving business outcomes, the company reports.

Having also held positions at companies such as Cofense, ThreatConnect, Cybereason and RSA, Heuhmer also has extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector.

He joins Device Authority as VP, Customer Success and will work with the existing team across North America, EMEA and APAC.
