We are pleased to introduce Tony Woodhouse, Service Delivery Manager at Solutions4iT, as the latest Advisory Group member of our network. Tony brings with him years of experience in the IT sector. 

Tony has held the Service Delivery Manager at Solutions4iT position for 5 years. Prior to this, Tony was the company's Senior Technical and Cyber Security Engineer.  

Tony has over 20 years' experience as an IT engineer and 5 of those have also been within the Cyber Security side of the business. Tony has worked at Solutions4iT for over 12 years and in this time has progressed from a Level 2 helpdesk Technician to his current role.  

As the Service Delivery Manager, Tony's role is to ensure that all customers get the same level of Customer Service no matter what their size. This is achieved by implementing good processes and procedures and ensuring that all staff follow them, whilst identifying and rectifying any issues as quickly as possible.
