It specialises in advanced security and fire solutions such as intruder detection, access control, fire detection and CCTV.

Kings Secure Technologies’ expansion strategy has been partly through acquisition, which led to disconnected systems and fragmented data across the business.
Disparate platforms and technologies made it complex to manage and impossible to view real-time company data.
Kings Secure Technologies evaluated several providers and selected Zoho CRM for its user-friendliness and value for money.
It was also able to deliver against the company’s goal of unifying data and presenting it in an easily digestible reporting format, critical to the CEO as well as to the sales and marketing departments.
More complex reporting needs saw the company also introduce Zoho Analytics.
