We’re thrilled to work with so many businesses and individuals who bring with them a wealth of cybersecurity and IT knowledge and experience. Today, we’re introducing you to Chris Blunt, one of our Cyber Essential Partners. 

A ‘lifer’ in the IT industry, Chris ran his own Managed Service Provider for 15+ Years until a share sale exit in 2022. Security has always been high on his agenda, from building his own Firewalls from a stripped-down BSD Kernel and IPFW, through to becoming a Licensed Cybersecurity and Information Governance assessor through IASME.  

He’s highly passionate about helping organisations improve their Cybersecurity, he is also a part of the training team for IASME training new Cyber Essentials assessors, and involved in the Assessment team for Cyber Advisor, evaluating new cyber consultants to see if they are competent to advise SMEs. He regularly provides Cybersecurity consultancy and training services to clients domestically and internationally and has presented to audiences of 5 to 500 people.  

In his free time, you’ll most likely find him going for a walk with his Saint Bernard dog or on the tennis court.
