Mul-T-Lock has teamed up with Charnwood Lock and Key to provide master key systems for Loc8me, a student accommodation management agency.

Since its establishment in 2008, Loc8me has grown to have over 6,000 tenants and manage over 2,500 properties across Loughborough, Bristol, Durham, Newcastle, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, Leicester, Liverpool and Birmingham.

To ensure the ongoing maintenance of properties, Loc8me relies on Charnwood Lock & Key to deliver specialist Mul-T-Lock master key suites that can streamline access for property management processes, while ensuring the highest level of security for residents, the company reports.
