Integrated fire and security systems business, Evolution, has named Peter Kidd as the company’s new Director of Professional Services – Business Development.

Kidd joins Evolution from Frontline Security Solutions where he spent more than 25 years in various senior roles, latterly as Technical Director.

He has a proven track record in building and managing Professional Engineering Services and delivering customised integrated security solutions for its clients, according to the company.

In his new role, Kidd will have a specific focus on new business development, working closely with Evolution Technical Director, Derrell Beasley, to provide a range of specialist services including IT security design, delivery, management and support to new and existing clients, as well as third-party integrators and installers.

Playing a key role for Evolution

 “Peter’s industry knowledge and expertise is second to none,” said Beasley.

“I have no doubt that he will play a key role as we look to continue to grow, ensuring that we continue to support our customers and partners with integrated and cyber secure solutions that meet the needs of today and tomorrow.”
