So basically I have some friends that are activist and they have faced a lot of stalking behavior and some of them have faced some harassment from some overzealous people in the political space, as you know things are getting pretty toxic in the United States and they provided us this manual to teach us how to protect ourselves online. This was a training at an open course at my local University, I don't know a whole lot about security and I'm hoping that you could criticize it or recommend it
