Brentford Football Club has announced DeterTech as its official site security partner.
DeterTech is well established in the UK and Europe as a provider of physical security solutions.
The company works with construction, retail, transport and utilities providers to provide solutions to predict, deter and detect unwanted intrusion and other criminal activity.
DeterTech owns SmartWater, a forensic marking technology.
The innovative ‘traceable liquid’ provides a legally irrefutable way to identify criminals and has helped victims and police secure convictions in domestic violence cases.
It also owns PID, the pioneer in monitored temporary site security.
The partnership will give DeterTech rights to in-stadium advertising on matchdays at the Gtech Community Stadium and to create digital campaigns for Brentford FC fans.
The agreement allows access for Brentford players to film social media content and support the Brentford FC Community Sports Trust activities.
Fran Jones, Commercial Director, Brentford said: “Our success is built on our culture and our innovative use of data to help us make great decisions and drive the club forward.
“It’s great to partner with organisations like DeterTech that value a data-led approach to success as much as we do.”
Jones concluded: “We look forward to working with their team and seeing what we can learn from each other.”
Baba Devani, CEO, DeterTech stated: “Brentford’s unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the community is very much aligned with our own.
“In our case we do this by focussing on crime prevention, bringing greater peace of mind through a relentless focus on predicting, deterring and detecting undesirable theft and intrusion.
“We’re excited by this partnership and all it will go on to achieve,” Devani added.
