Securitas UK has announced a partnership with Joiff to improve management.
The collaboration with Joiff will enable Securitas UK employees to enhance their skills and delivery across the management of emergency services, primarily focusing on hazardous industry materials.
Joiff is a not-for-profit international organisation, focused on improving the level of knowledge and expertise in the high-hazard industry.
Joiff provides training, accreditation and information on the changes and developments across the industry.
The members of Joiff are typically organisations that supply goods and services to the industry and have nominated personnel as emergency responders or hazard management team members.
Paul Rankin, Director of Fire and Aviation, Securitas UK said: “We often review our accreditations and memberships to ensure, as a business, we are not only meeting the needs of our clients across fire and safety but anticipating new requirements before they evolve.”
Rankin concluded: “As our world expands and we see shifts in the needs of fire safety personnel across the UK, we want to make sure we are at the forefront of the industry when it comes to skills and competencies.
“We know this expertise will result in best-in-class work for our customers and clients.”
