Kore Solutions has announced a new partnership with cloud-based security supplier, Rhombus.
This partnership marks the US-based Rhombus’s first agreement with a Scottish provider since opening its UK office in recent months, bringing its security solutions to premises across Scotland.
The demand for more efficient, scalable and secure systems is reportedly at an all-time high, as businesses increasingly move away from traditional, on-premises security infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
By joining forces with Rhombus, Kore Solutions will enable businesses to transition from legacy systems to fully integrated, cloud-based security platforms.
Kore offers its cloud-based security platforms on an annual fixed payment plan which is set for three years covering maintenance costs.
Duncan Booth, Managing Director, Kore Solutions said: “Partnering with Rhombus is a logical next step for us as we continue to provide integrated, scalable solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
“Rolling out this new offering allows us to bring something different to the table and set a new standard for security solutions in Scotland.
“By moving your security system to the cloud, organisations can benefit from increased encryption, automatic updates, accessing their security data anytime from anywhere and overall improved efficiency,” finalised Booth.
As a Rhombus partner, Kore Solutions will provide customers with integrated security solutions.
This includes physical cameras, IoT sensors, access control, alarm monitoring and AI analytics, all managed on a single platform.
Jared Oswald, Manager Sales and Channel, Rhombus commented: “We are excited to partner with Kore to introduce our product to customers in Scotland, helping them improve organisational efficiency through cloud-managed physical security.
“One of our manufacturing clients in north America has seen a 90% increase in the speed of investigations since adopting Rhombus cameras, helping them reduce downtime and save costs.”
Rhombus’s cloud-based security solutions are targeted at organisations looking to transition from complex legacy systems to fully integrated solutions that are said to enhance security, safety and operational efficiencies.
Existing users of the cloud-based security solutions span manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education and storage and logistics.
Kore Solutions, which has been operating since 2012, also provides electrical, fire, air conditioning, refrigeration and network communication support to single and multi-site businesses across the region.
