By completing this comprehensive audit, the company has reportedly demonstrated that it meets the highest standards in information security and has established an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS).
ISO/IEC 27001 is the leading standard for information security management.
It is said to set the framework for identifying, assessing and controlling security risks within an organisation.
TÜV Saarland is reportedly one of Germany’s most well respected auditing and certification bodies.
TÜV is said to ensure the highest standards of quality and security, especially in the field of information security – by not only evaluating processes and structures but also verifying their practical implementation.
The scope of the certification is said to cover all business areas of DoorBird/Bird Home Automation GmbH: The development, production, maintenance, sales and support of IP video intercoms, including accessories, software and services.
The certification thus covers all critical processes that determine the quality, functionality and security of DoorBird products.
