KeyTracker, a designer and supplier of secure key and asset management systems has appointed four new local apprentices.
Keen to ensure it is providing progressive employment opportunities in the region, KeyTracker has appointed Grace Godwin and Edmund Goode, who will be working with the sales team in a business development role.
Chelsea-Leigh Langford has joined the company as business admin assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the firm, while Declan Room has taken on a digital marketing apprenticeship to promote upcoming products to new and existing customers.
KeyTracker has regularly hired apprentices for more than a decade, with many previous recruits still working with the business today.
Andy Smith, Director of KeyTracker, said the business is well equipped to provide apprentices with the training programme and internal support required to progress into full time employment.
He added: “As a local employer, we see it as a key responsibility to offer the tools and resources to ensure people experience a healthy and happy professional development journey.
“With so many of our previous apprentices still working for us here at our headquarters in Rowley Regis, we’re confident our latest cohort will also feel welcomed into the business and given the support they need to excel in their respective new roles,” Smith concluded.
Chelsea-Leigh Langford commented on her new role: “I’m thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship with Keytracker, as it has provided me with valuable opportunities to develop my professional skills within a dynamic and supportive workplace.
“The experience has enabled me to gain practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of how the business operates, while also enhancing my confidence and ability to take initiative.
“The team at Keytracker has been highly encouraging, offering guidance and constructive feedback that have contributed significantly to my growth.”
Langford continued: “Overall, my apprenticeship has been an enriching and rewarding experience that is helping me build a strong foundation for my future career.”
