Home security and fenestration component provider, ERA, has welcomed Alan Kent as its new Technical Sales Manager.

The company says the new appointment is part of its commitment to providing fabricators and installers with excellent customer service and expert guidance.  

Kent, who has over ten years’ experience in the architectural ironmongery field, will be working with ERA clients in the south of the UK. 

He will be sharing product expertise and supporting customers to offer a variety of ERA products, from its decorative Fab&Fix range to its latest smart security solution – TouchKey.   

Kent will offer market advice and guidance to identify new sales opportunities for ERA customers, including new ERA products that will strengthen their portfolio.

ERA says that Kent’s appointment follows a successful career in management roles with a range of reputable access solutions companies.
