The DBolt Touch deadbolt – a retrofit and smart locking solution for upgrading mechanical deadbolt locks in the multi-family residential market – has been launched by SALTO Systems.

According to the company, the DBolt Touch – powered by SALTO’s access management platforms -implements the latest technology and a high level of functionality for multi-family housing residents, operators and access managers.

SALTO says that the new solution is easy to retrofit and compatible with any deadbolt door.

Additionally, with different models available, the various options for the DBolt Touch smart lock can fit with many environments and connect wirelessly to a property’s ecosystem.

The technology “unifies” security, access control, property management and the tenant experience in an all-in-one smart access solution for residential living, the company says.
