CIE-Group has announced that it will be showcasing products and solutions from its new and established portfolio of professional access control brands at The Security Event 2024.
According to the company, it will preview the latest developments in access control, intercom, video surveillance and mobile credentials and authentication – from 2N, Akuvox, Volo, Stid, S-Key and Safr.
Akuvox will be exhibiting its range of door intercom technology products, largely focused on the multi-dwelling and mixed-use sector and the company will be showcasing intelligent intercom, facial recognition and other solutions.
2N is CIE’s longest-term intercom and access control product partner.
Visitors to the CIE stand will be able to experience 2N’s latest IP intercom and access control solutions.
VOLO’s advanced cloud-based access control systems, offer unparalleled convenience, scalability and remote management capability.
On the CIE stand visitors will be able to witness firsthand the advanced capabilities of VOLO solutions for many real-world applications.
A brand-new partner for CIE, STid offers a wide range of contactless, modular and customisable access readers.
Delegates will discover how the company’s solutions combine user-friendliness and simplicity while ensuring the highest level of security and protection for users, the company says.
Visit the CIE stand to discover S-KEY – fingerprint activated access control.
Currently, to have biometric authentication within an access control system requires the technology to be part of the intercom/reader hardware; with FreeVolt S-Key, the biometric fingerprint scanner is embedded within each individual’s S-Key RFID card.
SAFR Scan delivers a combination of facial recognition, computer vision and image capture technologies that are high speed, high security and high performance.
Though a relative newcomer to the security industry, CIE will also use this year’s Security Event as the main platform to celebrate its 60th anniversary year.
“We like to think of ourselves as 60 years young,” said Chris Edwards, Marketing Director, CIE-Group.
“And what that means to us, is staying ahead of the curve.
“We’re really looking forward to introducing our next generation products to the security industry at the show and I’d urge any delegate who wants to see the future of access control, to visit our stand and experience it first-hand.”
