Garda Group has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Heras, with the transaction being closed after having received competition clearance.

The company notes that this marks an important milestone for both Heras and Garda Group, strengthening their combined expertise in perimeter security across Europe.

With Garda Group’s strong presence in the Nordics and Germany, and Heras’s well-established footprint in Western Europe, this acquisition will allow both companies to leverage their respective strengths to drive growth, innovation and shared commitment to sustainability.
