DNAKE has introduced its new access control terminals: the AC01AC02 and AC02C.

Designed to meet diverse security needs, these terminals come with either: a card reader, a card reader with a keypad, or a card reader with a keypad and camera.

AC01, AC02 and AC02C is said to be built for demanding environments such as: Corporate offices, smart buildings and high-traffic facilities, offering multi-mode authentication for a secure and convenient access experience.

DNAKE’s card readers feature ultra-secure, robust access control terminals with cloud connectivity and specialised design.

DNAKE’s user-friendly access

The access control terminals support multi-mode entry including: NFC/RFID card, PIN code, BLE, QR code and mobile application.

Beyond the traditional card/PIN access, the AC01, AC02 and AC02C enables remote door unlocking and temporary visitor access through time-limited QR code.

Access without inconvenience

The terminals support MIFARE Plus (AES-128 encryption, SL1, SL3) and MIFARE Classic cards, providing defence against cloning, replay attacks and data breaches.

DNAKE states that its AC01, AC02 and AC02C offers cryptographic authentication ensuring each card interaction is validated, whilst the system’s secure memory blocks prevent unauthorized credential duplication—maintaining access without the inconvenience.

DNAKE’s reliable security terminal

According to the company its access control terminals offer dual-layer protection with instant response to tampering.

If violently removed or damaged, they simultaneously trigger alarms at connected master stations and activate a local alarm with visual strobe.

The immediate dual-alert system effectively deters intrusion attempts while providing verifiable security logs for post-event analysis.

Built for severe conditions

DNAKE’s access control terminals feature:

  • Wide temperature tolerance (-40°C to 55°C)
  • IP65 weatherproof rating (protection against dust and water jets)
  • IK08 impact resistance (withstands 17 joule impacts)

DNAKE prioritises integration

The AC01, AC02 and AC02C is said to redefine compact access control with a purposefully minimalist design.

DNAKE stated that its slim, space-saving mullion form (137H × 50W × 27D mm) features a precision-engineered aluminium alloy casing and 2.5D tempered glass, accomploshing durability without bulk.

The recessed card reader and chamfered edges integrates into varying environments ensuring space efficiency is prioritised.

Future-proof Cloud management

According to DNAKE the access control terminals are compatible with its Cloud Platform, offering:

  • Real-time event monitoring and detailed access logs
  • Over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates for hassle-free maintenance
  • Centralised multi-site management via an intuitive web portal
