OCS has secured a five-year hard services contract with the Church of England Pensions Board.

The Hard FM Services company highlights that its commitment to the Church of England Pension Board means it intends to provide exceptional services across 1,200 residential properties for retired clergy and their families.

The contract encompasses a range of services, including reactive and planned preventive maintenance, capital projects and a 24/7 desk.

The introduction of advanced technology, including a dynamic scheduling tool and a transparent dashboard, is said to ensure effective resource allocation and tenant communication.

OCS ensures that its “white glove treatment” will guarantee residents receive timely updates and enhance their overall experience through greater visibility and predictability.

The company has developed a robust mobilisation plan to aid seamless service delivery.

The Hard FM Services company plans to include a comprehensive training programme for helpdesk colleagues and engineers, focusing on customer service, safeguarding and well-being.

OCS’s mobile engineers ensuring consistency and dedication

OCS has said it will be providing nation-wide services which will provide residents with one point of contact for all their needs, promoting simplicity and efficiency.

The company’s ‘First Time Fix Principle’ is said to allow for issues to be resolved promptly, boosting service reliability and resident satisfaction.

Under this contract, OCS will deliver routine and reactive building repairs, maintenance and statutory property safety checks across Church of England Pensioners Board.
