Synectics plc releases trading update and notice of results

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX) has provided an update on trading for the six months ended 31 May 2025 (“H1 2025”).

The company has reportedly seen continued order intake and ongoing new business momentum across Synectics plc in H1 2025, with trading for the year ending 30 November 2025 (“FY 2025”) comfortably in line with market expectations in addition to maintaining a strong cash position.

The company has reported that the progress has been positive in 2025 up to date.

Synectics plc reports customer loyalty

Synectics has secured extensions and repeat orders with existing long-term customers across a variety of sectors and geographies, in addition to securing new customer mandates.

The order book according to Synectics remains strong, with a number of sizeable projects due to be delivered in the second half of the year and beyond.

Notice of Results

Synectics will release its unaudited interim results for H1 2025 (“Interim Results”) on 8 July 2025.

The group has stated that a live webcast presentation of the Interim Results will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company platform at 11:00 AM GMT on 14 July 2025 and is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 AM GMT the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
